Lou has over 40 years of experience as a registered nurse, and over 20 years as an IBCLC. She traveled all over the world with her military husband & had 3 sons along the way. In addition to working as an IBCLC at several hospitals, she presently works as a private practice IBCLC in Charlottesville, VA. She has lectured at national conferences and is an instructor for Lactation Education Resources.
